• Custom Items: Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged.
• Non-Custom Items: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3. We will review your request and, if approved, provide options for a replacement or refund.
4. In case of a return, we may issue a prepaid return shipping label for damaged or defective items.
Refund Process
